Our Small Hoop Crinoline is an easy to wear, easy to make, modest-sized hoop support for your skirts. With a gentle line over the hip creating a bell shape, it is perfect for encampments, traveling/visiting, navigating a crowded ball, or other venue where a larger hoop is inconvenient. It can be worn for any of the hoop years of 1855-1866. Adding a ruffled petticoat over this hoop, with more fullness over the hip (like TV241), will create the fuller hip for an 1855-1860 shape.

Rather than one-size fits all, this hoop is proportionately sized, ranging from 82″ circumference for size S to 100″ for size XL. The hoop has a drawstring at the waist for easy on/off and adjustable waist size. Built into a petticoat, the hoop wire is inserted between the petticoat and lining layers. Finished length is 33″ for all sizes.
