E-Patterns
After your purchase, you will be able to instantly download a zip file with the pattern files inside. Your download links will expire after 60 days. Your invoice will contain a link to your download file(s). If you have an account, you will be also be able to access your files from your account page, on the download tab. If you did not get an invoice, please check your spam/junk folders, as they often end up there.
After clicking on the download link, you should see a pop-up screen prompting you to save your file. If you are not seeing the pop-up screen, you may have your download preference set on auto, and your file is being saved to your default location. Check your default file to find your download.
Do not download your zip file onto your cell phone or tablet.
Your files will not unzip or be able to be read properly. Please download onto a computer, either desktop or laptop.
Once your file is downloaded, select “unzip” or “extract all”, and select a location to save your new files to. Once extracted, you will be able to print or read the individual files.
Truly Victorian is not be responsible for damage or loss of your file after it has be successfully downloaded. We will work with you to make sure you are able to open and access your files. It is highly recommended that you save your files somewhere safe, like a thumb drive, for continued access and use.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of sewing patterns, we do not allow exchanges or returns once the item has been shipped. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately, so we can adapt your order prior to shipment.
Shipping Times
Most Priority Mail orders placed before 12 noon, pacific standard time, can be shipped the same day, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after that time, and UPS and International orders, can usually be shipped the next day. Tracking numbers will be emailed at time of shipping, as an automated email from the carrier service. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive the email. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days for US orders, and 10 days for International orders, please contact us so we can look into the issue.
Pattern Usage
Truly Victorian patterns are sold with a product license for 10 garments. This licensing is for individual and custom work only, and does not allow for mass production or large scale commercial applications.
Patterns may not be reproduced for the purpose of sale, loan, or gift to another party. E-Pattern files may not be shared, and are for personal use by the purchaser of the file only. These actions are a violation of copyright protections.
Artwork and Photographs
All photos, drawings, and illustrations on the Truly Victorian web site are copyright protected, and may not be used by other parties without express permission.
