Yardages given are without nap. For with nap, all sizes: with ruffle/bouffant – 5 ½ yards, with ruffle/no bouffant – 4 ½ yards. with bouffant/no ruffle – 4 ¼ yards, no bouffant/no ruffle – 4 yards.
Notions: Hook and eye closures, 4 yards tie strings for bouffant (may use ribbon, tape, etc.) Optional: 2/3 yard netting for bouffant.

My favorite skirt pattern. I can make it in just a few hours. Assuming that I didn’t sew something on backwards. I have 19 skirts with this pattern either bustled and not.
